Elantor Capital ("we", "us", "our") is a private single family office based in Luzern, Switzerland. This policy explains what limited personal data we handle when you visit this website or contact us, and your rights regarding that data. We are committed to collecting the minimum necessary and never selling your information.
Who we are

What we collect
This is a largely static informational website. We collect personal data only in these narrow cases:
- Information you send us. If you email us via the addresses on this site, we receive your email address, name, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. This is not used to build advertising profiles.
- Essential cookies / local storage. We store a single flag in your browser to remember that you have seen our cookie notice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use the limited data above only to: respond to your enquiries, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Analytics
If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-first, cookieless service that reports aggregate, anonymised statistics (such as total page views) and does not track individuals across sites or store personal data on your device.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider. Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files. These providers are bound to handle data only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence only as long as needed to address your enquiry and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
